Kriti Shetty on working with Suriya in Vanangaan: It's going to be fresh

Kriti Shetty is waiting for the release of her upcoming film, The Warriorr. Directed by Lingusamy, the film will hit the theatres on July 14. After promoting The Warriorr, Kriti Shetty wil join the shooting of director Bala's Vanangaan in which she will share screen space with Suriya. The next schedule of Vanangaan will commence in Goa and set works are currently underway. Reportedly, Suriya will play two roles as that of a father and son. Suriya has joined with director Bala after 20 long years and Vanangaan is one of the most expected films of 2023.

Speaking to a popular entertainement portal, Kriti Shetty said, "It's going to be fresh and new character and I loved working with Bala sir and it has been my best experience. Before the film started when the announcement came out, everyone said all the good things about Suriya sir. I was like ok, even I know because I have seen his films and admired him from such a long time. So I don't know if I will be able to say that. I know he is a very dedicated artist, but when I saw him, it was like, he surpassed what everyone else told. Like how nice he is, what gentleman he is and what a dedicated and fine actor he is."
