Recently, the election of the Movie Artist Association was held and Vishnu Manchu emerged as the winner. On October 16, Vishnu Manchu was Swore in as the president of the Movie Artist Association. The event was attended by Mohan Babu, his wife Viranica, and the members of the association. On an auspicious day, Lakshmi Manchu took to Twitter to share a tweet wishing her brother Vishnu Manchu. She gave her best wishes and wrote that she is hoping to see Vishnu change the world. Soon, her followers pounced on her saying the MAA and the Telugu industry does not constitute the entire world.

Her tweet read,

After getting trolled heavily, Lakshmi Manchu realized the mistake in her tweet and asked people to calm down. In a follow-up tweet, she wrote,

Maybe I should have said change the world of our Association
