Due to the sudden outbreak of the deadly Coronavirus, the Government of India has announced 21 days lockdown for the entire country. Though this is a productive measure to reduce the number of cases and put an end to the fast-spreading virus, so many people are facing financial struggles. Especially it has become hard for the daily wage workers. On this note, so many celebrities stepped to support the people. On this note, popular singer SP Balasubramanyam also decided to do his part. SPB is always first to respond to the issues and do his bit for the people around him.
In a video, SPB said, "So many middle class and below middle-class people are struggling financially. At tough times like this, I want to support them. Through Facebook, ask me to sing any songs from Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi languages. On Saturday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from night 7 PM to 7:30 PM, I will sing the songs. But, everyone has to pay Rs. 100 as a fee. I will add some more amount for the collected funds and will give it to the poor people"
He also revealed bank account details and asked his fans to do their part as well. This is a good initiative by SP Balasubramanyam and the netizens are lauding his decision. In the recent past, SPB started using social media more and started sharing his experiences. In a series, he started sharing a lot of his experiences about his career on Youtube.
