After the debacle of the 2018 film Thugs of Hindostan, Aamir Khan is yet to come up with his next movie. He is currently working on Laal Singh Chaddha, which is being directed by Advait Chandan. The shoot is currently on a halt due to the coronavirus pandemic. Meanwhile, we now hear that the makers are planning to add the coronavirus element to the script.

The story of Laal Singh Chaddha deals with the important events that happened in the country after 1946. The ongoing pandemic is something which we have never witnessed before and will go on the history books forever. Thus, the team of this film is now planning to add this element to the script. We hear that the writing department is already working on it. The shoot of Laal Singh Chaddha will resume once the lockdown gets over.

Kareena Kapoor is playing the female lead in this movie. This is her third film with Aamir, after 3 Idiots and Talaash. Vijay Sethupathi and Mona Singh are playing the other important roles in the movie. Already, the film got done with half of its shoot. Most of the shoot happened in the cities of Chandigarh and Kolkata. The first look poster got released earlier this year and got a good response from the audiences. Laal Singh Chaddha is an official adaptation of the 1994 Hollywood classic Forrest Gump. This film will hit the screens either by the end of this year or early next year.
