Megastar Mammootty challenged himself during the lockdown. It was a challenge that nobody would even think of. During the Covid-19 lockdown, people felt caged at their homes, but Mammootty decided to stay indoors till he can. His son Dulquer Salmaan revealed that he gets out of the house whenever he gets a chance but his father Mammootty has been so strict about his challenge. Mammootty managed to stay indoors for 275 days and stepped out of his house only in December. Now, he has resumed work by beginning shooting for his upcoming film The Priest.

After about 10 months, Mammooty took out his car and drove to the shooting spot. A video of him driving the car is going viral on social media.
