Mohanlal Congratulates Vishnu Manchu On Winning MAA Elections

Vishnu Manchu and Prakash Raj went head to head at the Movie Artistes Association in Hyderabad. After ugly fights and name-calling in the election, Vishnu Manchu won the President's post and took an oath with his faction. On winning the president's post, Mohanlal took to social media to congratulate him. Mohanlal is the president of the Association of Malayalam Movie Artists. Mohanlal attended the oath-taking ceremony virtually and wished Vishnu. He said, "On behalf of MAA and also on a personal front, I congratulate Vishnu for winning the election. May he get strength and support to work for the welfare of the Telugu film industry.”

Vishnu Manchu was overwhelmed to receive wishes from Mohanlal. Addressing the gathering, he said, " thank Mohanlal uncle for sending me best wishes. This victory belongs to my dad (Mohan Babu), I will make him proud. Unfortunately, a few members have decided to resign but the show will still go on. There will be no compromise when it comes to working towards the well-being of artists. You will see a new MAA in the next two years. This will be my last media interaction regarding MAA elections and no one from my panel will address the media unnecessarily either."
