Her daughter Kiara alias Kanmani, is following in the footsteps of Muktha, who came to cinema as a child actor. Kiara is all set to make her debut in the world of cinema with her film ‘Pathaam Valavu’ directed by Padmakumar.
Muktha shared the news with fans through her Instagram. She took to Instagram to share a photo of Kanmani with director Padmakumar. The photo also features Muktha and her husband.
The actress had shared another photo on Instagram announcing Kiara’s entry into the film industry. Sharing the photo actress wrote; “Is the new beginning for Kanmani. The baby needs everyone's prayers and blessings. Thank u, Jesus.”
‘Pathaam Valavu’ is a movie starring Indrajith and Suraj Venjarammoodu in the lead roles. The film was officially announced a week ago. The director had said that the Patham Valavu will be a family thriller. The screenplay is by Abhilash Pillai.
Muktha made her acting debut through the serial ‘Swaram’. Lisamma, played by Muktha in Lal Jose’s 2005 film Achchanurangatha Veedu, was well received by the audience. In 2020, Muktha’s role as Jolly in the serial Koodathayi, which aired on Flowers Channel, received many applauds.
