Malayalam movie Nayattu is one of the five must-see movies selected by the New York Times. The famous international publication’s selection was from various streaming platforms. The film is directed by Martin Prakkat and starring Kunchacko Boban, Joju George and Nimisha Sajayan. The film was released on Netflix.

 
Nayattu is included in the section as one of the five must-see movies when it comes to streaming world cinema during the Pandemic era.

Other films on the list include the Moroccan film ‘The Unknown Saint’, the Hungarian film ‘Sweat’, ‘The Air Conditioner’ from Angola, and ‘Lina from Lima’.
 
The article also suggested that the film portrays the police officers who had to fall victim to the intervention of the authorities.
 
Nayattu is the new film of Martin Prakkatt after Best Actor and Charlie. Bollywood actor Rajkumar Rao had posted in praise of Joju George's performance in the movie Nayat. Rajkumar Rao sent a direct message to Joju after seeing the movie which is being screened on Netflix. Rajkumar ended his message by saying that more such roles should be presented to the audience.
