The popularity of SS Rajamouli's masterpiece RRR doesn't seem to be going away any time soon, as it has now been selected for the Oscars as well. The historical action drama has been making headway practically every day at this level. The movie has officially received its first Oscar nomination following the Golden Globe nominations. Yes, the song Naatu Naatu by Jr. NTR and Ram Charan has been chosen as a finalist in the category of "Original song."

The Philadelphia Film Critics Circle has presented RRR with three honours for Best Foreign Language Film, Best Cinematography, and Best Score/Soundtrack. The creators tweeted, writing,
 
Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem, two revolutionaries who faded into obscurity before defending their nation, are depicted in RRR. It is a film version of their life. Ram Charan and Junior NTR play the two characters. Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn, Shriya Saran, Ray Stevenson, Alison Doody, and Olivia Morris also star in supporting roles.
 
The music for the drama was composed by M. M. Keeravani. It is backrolled by the D. V. V. Danayya banner. K. K. Senthil Kumar is the cameraman. A. Sreekar Prasad is the editor in the technical team.
