Surabhi theatre is one of the oldest surviving theaters in India. It is an exclusive Telugu theatre group which has a history of more than 135 years. Over the past decade, there is decline in the number of theatre audiences. This resulted in the downfall of Surabhi. However, they are trying hard to revive the old glory. Meanwhile, the coronavirus pandemic has affected them severely. Just like the film industry, even all the theatre plays got shut down. When there is no income for the Surabhi employees, the Rana Daggubati has come forward to help them. The Baahubali actor provided groceries for 150 families of Surabhi theatre group in April and June as well.
