Selfiee Director Raj Mehta Describes Akshay Kumar As A Gem Of A Person; I Respect His Dedication And Discipline

Selfiee, a movie starring Akshay Kumar and Emraan Hashmi, has a successful trailer that captures the attention of viewers. The movie is a replica of the popular Malayalam movie Driving Licence. It is a comedy-drama about an unexpected conflict between a Bollywood superstar and an RTO officer. They are portrayed by Akshay and Emraan.

Following the former's directorial debut, Good Newwz, Raj Mehta and Akshay collaborated again for Selfiee. Kareena Kapoor Khan, Diljit Dosanjh, and Kiara Advani all had significant parts in the 2019 comedic drama. After that, Mehta produced Jugjugg Jeeyo, another multi-starrer starring Varun Dhawan, Anil Kapoor, Kiara Advani, and Neetu Singh.
