Rumors were circulating that the filming of actor Sivakarthikeyan's movie "Maaveeran," came to an end a week ago. Reportedly, it was because of creative disputes between the two. However, it's been reported that Chennai's intense rains temporarily halted the shooting.
Maaveeran is directed by Madonne Ashwin of "Mandela" fame.
According to current information, today the filming has resumed. The female lead in the movie is played by actress Aditi Shankar. She made her acting debut in the Karthi-starrer "Viruman." Veteran actress Sarita plays Sivakarthikeyan's mother in the movie, with filmmaker Mysskin portraying the villain. Yogi Babu, a comedian, and Monisha Blessy, a well-known YouTuber, both have significant roles in the movie.
Bharath Sankar is the composer of the film's music. In 2023, the Tamil-Telugu action thriller will be released.
