Soni Razdan comes in support of Rhea Chakraborty, says 'She will do very well in Bollywood'

Rhea Chakraborty, who made her Bollywood debut with Mere Dad Ki Maruti, has had a short career in films. Her last film Jalebi fetched mixed reactions and she again couldn't manage to make a mark in the industry. However, after the demise of Sushant Singh Rajput, she grabbed a lot of negative limelight after the late actor's family filed a case against her. She even spent a month of sentencing in jail for allegedly peddling drugs. Not only her, her brother Showik Chakraborty too was sentenced in the same case. Now that she has been back and trying to adjust in her life, a user took to Twitter and called Rhea's Bollywood journey a past affair. Siding with the actress who worked in her husband's film Jalebi, Soni Razdan defended Rhea and called her an 'Innocent victim'.

Soni Razdan wrote, "She going to jail has clearly exposed only the people who sent her there and shown that she was an innocent victim of a very twisted design. Why won’t anyone work with her? I think she will do very well. I hope so anyway."

Sushant Singh died by suicide on June 14th last year. Since then, there has been a massive turn of events in the industry with many Bollywood bigots investigated in his case by the CBI.
