One person died in an accident on the sets of Vetrimaran's film "Viduthalai." The deceased is Suresh, a fighting trainer on the fight management team. He was fifty-four years old. The iron rope of the crane broke, and Suresh fell from a height of 20 feet, reports The Hindu. Suresh was rushed to the hospital but could not be saved.

 
The accident happened while filming a train disaster. The police have started an investigation into the incident. Suresh was a stuntman for over 25 years.
 
"Viduthalai" is a film starring Vijay Sethupathi. Viduthalai is a crime thriller film. Vetrimaran himself has written the screenplay based on B. Jayamohan's short story Thunaivan. Produced by Elred Kumar under the banner of RS Irfotainment, the film is being distributed by Udayanidhi Stal's Red Giant Movies.
 
Suri plays another important role in the film. Gautham Vasudev Menon, Bhavani Sri, Prakash Raj, Rajeev Menon, Chetan, etc. are playing other characters. R Velraj is responsible for the cinematography. The film’s music is by Ilayaraja. The film will be released in two parts. Citing close sources, India Glitz reported that the shooting of the first part has been completed and the second part is 90 percent complete. After Kamal Haasan's Vikram, this is one of Vijay Sethupathi's films.
