Suriya has been a busy bee in Kollywood, and the actor-producer has teamed up with filmmaker Siruthai Siva for his 42nd film. It began last Sunday, August 21st, with a Muhurat puja. Suriya made his film with Siruthai Siva official by tweeting a picture from the film's Muhurat puja. Suriya also sought blessings from fans as the filming began in Chennai.
As previously stated, 'Suriya 42' would be a massive pan-Indian film that will be distributed in 10 Indian languages. The makers also intend to reveal the title or motion teaser for 'Suriya 42' shortly. After a brief stop in Chennai, the team will go to Goa for the main event, which will last a month.
Bollywood actress Disha Patani is making her Kollywood debut with 'Suriya 42' as she is said to be playing the female lead opposite Suriya in the film. Several popular stars might also join the cast, and Devi Sri Prasad will score the film's music. Vetri, who handles the camera for most of the films of Siruthai Siva, operates the same for the film, while Richard Kevin will do the editing.
