Superstar Suriya is on a roll these days. Suriya, after delivering three back-to-back blockbuster hits, 'Soorarai Pottru', 'Jai Bhim' and 'Etharkkum Thunindhavan,’ has also won praises for his small but important roles as Rolex in 'Vikram' and as himself in Madhavan's 'Rocketry: The Nambi Effect.
Suriya is said to complete the remaining portions of 'Suriya 41' directed by Bala and costarring Krithi Shetty in a couple of months. He will then move on to his other projects, of which the first one will be the long-pending Siruthai Siva film.
News is already out for fans that the Suriya-Siruthai Siva project has the biggest budget in their respective careers. Due to that, Studio Green owner K.E. Gnanavelraja who was initially behind the project has now transferred it to popular Tollywood producers UV Creations, who were behind Prabhas's 'Saaho' and 'Radhe Shyam'. But the transfer is nothing indicative of stalling. The project is still on the front foot.
Now the hot news is that Siruthai Siva has already begun the pre-production work for the film and wants Pooja Hegde of 'Beast' fame on board as the heroine for Suriya. Talks are on to bring the actress on board, and the official announcement will be out soon. If agreed, this project will be Suriya and Pooja Hegde’s first film together. The prospect of seeing the duo is already creating a buzz among diehard fans.
