Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy movie starring
Chiranjeevi is all set for a grand release on October 2. The film is a biopic on Telugu freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy. The expectations are huge and director Surender Reddy revealed that the budget was never a concern. He shared his experiences while making this Rs 250 Cr budget magnum opus.
Surender Reddy showered praises on
Ram Charan, who was an understanding producer. He said that Charan offered him everything on a silver platter. Giving further insight, he said, “There is a huge war sequence that we shot in Georgia for 60 days. The team stayed there for 60 days, 30 days for preparation and 30 days for shooting. They used 1000 horses for the shoot, and over 1000 members worked on the film during this schedule,”. He also revealed that Rs 70 Cr spent on this episode alone.
Surender Reddy assured that they didn’t distort the facts and have shown the reality in the film. Further, he stated that to meet the commercial aspects, they dramatised the scenes a bit.
Surender Reddy thanked Megastar Chiranjeevi. His trust in my capabilities and encouragement was impeccable, he added.
However, he praises the producer Ram Charan more. And added, “I am fortunate to have a producer like Ram Charan for this mammoth project. He has disclosed that it was Chiranjeevi who had suggested Pawan Kalyan for a voiceover.
On a whole Surender Reddy is confident on Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy movie. He has assured that his film will be a fitting tribute to Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy.
