On September 9, 2022, Brahmastra, starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, finally hit theatres. It is after a long wait. The movie is expected to have a strong opening and strong weekend figures amid tremendous anticipation. The Ayan Mukerji-directed movie has drawn mixed reactions from critics. They have praised its visual extravaganza while also acknowledging that the plot and conversations could have been far stronger. Ranbir's mother and seasoned actress Neetu Kapoor was seen offering Ayan frank remarks.
