The Immortal Ashwathama, director Aditya Dhar's magnum opus, will have to wait even longer. The filmmaker wanted to begin filming the Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan feature in Europe by April. He was forced to postpone his plans until July due to the second wave of the coronavirus. Aditya Dhar has no choice but to advance the schedule a second time. Though there are safety concerns about the floods in Europe, the time it takes to get visas is the most important reason for the delay.
According to reports, the crew including Vicky is now waiting for the visa approval. The Immortal Ashwathama expects to start shooting by mid-August. Fans can expect a delay in the release of the film as well. The director Aditya Dhar has been working on The Immortal Ashwathama’s pre-production for the past six months.
Meanwhile, Vicky Kushal is ready to impress fans yet again. Vicky finished the shoot of his upcoming biographical film, Sardar Udham Singh in last year. The film is directed by Shoojit Sircar. The new film portrays the life of independence fighter Sardar Udham Singh. He assassinated former Lieutenant Governor of Punjab Michael O' Dwyer in 1940.
Vicky Kushal is currently expecting to work for his upcoming movies. Karan Johar’s Takht, and Meghna Gulzar’s upcoming biopic on India's first Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw.
