The film stars Kamal Haasan, Vijay Sethupathi, and Fahad Fazil in Major roles. Within hours of the release of the trailer, it reached number one on the YouTube trending list. Apart from Kamal Haasan, Narain and Chemban Vinod are the other important roles. However, Fahadh and Sethupathi have strong characters alongside Kamal Haasan. Kamal Haasan and R Mahendran produce the film under the banner of Rajkamal Films International. Anirudh Ravichandran composed the music for the film Vikram. Gireesh Gangadharan is the cinematographer. Lokesh Kanakaraj and Ratnakumar write the dialogues for the film.
