Trivikram Srinivas is often considered as one of the smartest and original directors of the Telugu film industry. In-depth dialogues and impeccable writing are the pillars of his success. But now, it seems that Trivikram is slowly losing his credibility among a section of audiences. Of late, many netizens are coming up with the copied scenes of Trivikram and exposing the reality of the scenes in most of his films.
This is not the first time when Trivikram had to face copy allegations. He first faced the wrath after copying the bank robbery scene of The Dark Knight in his 2012 film Julayi. Later, his film A. Aa turned out to be a blatant copy of the old Telugu film Meena. After that, his 2018 film Agnyathavaasi got criticized for lifting scenes and plot-lines from French film Largo Winch. Now, the netzines are posting various scenes from Khaleja, Athadu and Nuvve Nuvve, which got copied blatantly.
These audiences claim that inspiration is different from copying. They are suggesting Trivikram to at least credit the original makers if he is copying their work frame to frame. These copy and original scene clips are now going viral on social media. Even Trivikram's latest film Ala...Vaikunthapurramuloo faced copy allegations. People are saying that it is high time for Trivikram to come out to apologize or defend his acts.
Meanwhile, the director is currently busy with the scripting works of his next film. This untitled project features Jr NTR as the lead hero. It will go on floors in the second half of this year.
