Udayanidhi Stalin has been occupied with the campaigning duties for his party Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK). As one of the core members of DK, he took part in the aggressive campaign across Tamil Nadu for the recently concluded Tamil Nadu Assembly Elections. Now, he is all set to concentrate on his work, which is films. After being a producer and distributor for a long, Udhayanidhi Stalin became an actor and is now picking strong scripts to act. We had earlier reported that he had signed the Tamil remake of the Hindi blockbuster film, Article 15, which starred Ayushmann Khurrana.
The latest reports suggest that the shooting of the Tamil remake of Article 15 will begin sometime in the last week of April or the second week of May. Udhayanidhi will be taking some rest and spending some time with family for a while before getting back to work. Kanaa director Arunraja Kamaraj will be helming the remake, which will be produced by Boney Kapoor's Bayview Projects LLP and Zee Studios. Apart from Article 15, Udhayanidhi also has Kannai Nambathey with Mu Maran and an untitled film with director Magizh Thirumeni.
