Vijay Sethupathi in talks for Prabhas's Salaar

Vijay Sethupathi is one of the powerhouse performers in the Tamil and Telugu film industries. He made his debut in Telugu with Megastar Chiranjeevi's Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. However, his full-fledged role in Telugu will be seen in Panja Vaisshnav Tej's debut film Uppena. Now, Vijay Sethupathi is one of the most sought-after actors in Tamil and Telugu. According to reports, Vijay Sethupathi is said to be in talks for Prabhas's Salaar.

Prashanth Neel of KGF: Chapter 2 fame felt that Vijay Sethupathi would be the right choice for the role. However, Vijay Sethupathi is yet to confirm his dates for the film. Recently. Salaar was launch in Hyderabad at a studio. The event was attended by Kannada star Yash. Ahead of the pooja, Prabhas said, "I'm really excited to start the shoot of the film post the Muhurat Puja in Hyderabad and reveal my look to the fans." Salaar is tipped to be an action-thriller and will be releasing in multiple languages including Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada.
