'Yaathisai' is a new periodical fiction project coming to Tamil. The film is all set to release a week prior to PS2. Mani Ratnam's epic film 'Ponniyin Selvan' franchise tells the story of the Cholas, while 'Yaathisai' is set in the Pandya dynasty. The trailer for the film has become a huge hit online. 'Yaathisai' is a film written and directed by Dharani Rasendran. Reports say that the budget of this film is only 5-6 crores. The cinematography of the film is by Akhilesh Katamuth. The film is edited by Mahendran Ganesan.
