Tamil actor Siddharth is very well known for his may heartwarming movies and many more brilliant performances in his entire career. He is also famous for sharing his thoughts about regional and national politics and he often expresses his objections about the decisions taken by our leaders.

 
In one such incident, Actor Siddharth messes with Home Minster Amit Shah. Siddharth has criticized Home Minister Amit Shah for saying that before NRC, the government will bring the Citizenship Amendment Bill which will guarantee Indian citizenship to "Hindu, Sikh, Jain, Buddhist and Christian refugees". Siddharth wrote on Twitter, "Is it not against the constitution to tell refugees that only... Muslims... will be forced to leave India? What is going on?"
 
"I today want to assure Hindu, Sikh, Jain, Buddhist and Christian refugees, you will not be forced to leave India by the Centre. Don't believe rumors. Before NRC, we will bring Citizenship Amendment Bill, which will ensure these people get Indian citizenship," were the exact words uttered by Shah. Now, actor Siddharth has criticized the BJP chief, saying that it is against the Constitution to tell refugees that only Muslims will forced to leave India by the Government.
 
Earlier, Siddharth had shared his opinion on Hindi language imposition in Indian schools. The recent draft version of the National Education Policy 2019 has mandated the compulsory learning of Hindi in non-Hindi speaking states. Siddharth has reacted against the policy, saying that as a native Tamil speaker choosing to learn Hindi is different from being required to study it academically.
