For the unversed, yesterday’s match between Kolkata Knight Riders and Royal Challengers Bengaluru was rescheduled after a couple of players in KKR’s camp tested positive for Covid.

 
The latest news is that the match between Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals which is scheduled to be played tomorrow, May 5th has also been postponed.
 
“ Wednesday's #IPL2021  a game between #RR  and #CSK  is on the verge of being rescheduled after the Super Kings informed the organizers that the squad had gone into a week-long quarantine from Monday,” read a tweet from ESPN Cricinfo a short while ago. The portal later reported that the game is indeed rescheduled.
 
CSK’s bowling coach L Balaji and the CEO of the franchise are said to have tested positive for Covid. The entire camp is currently in a week-long quarantine. Consequently, their immediate next match against Rajasthan Royals has been postponed.
 
However, today’s game between Mumbai Indians and SunRisers Hyderabad is set to take place as per schedule. Both the teams are actively taking part in the training and have been sharing “ Game day” updates on social media.
