Top comedian-actor Ali, who joined the YSRCP just before the elections and campaigned vigorously for it, was apparently promised a good post from A.P. Chief Minister Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy for his service to the party.
Now, nearly six months later, the actor is still waiting for the message from the top boss. While there are some reports that he got appointed as the Chairman of AP Film Development Corporation, no official announcement had made so far.
Even Ali said to have reached out to part's top brass to find out if he's getting any position or not. However, the party brass said to have asked him to wait until December to get clarity.
A senior most and influential YSRC leader who is very close to Jagan said to have assured Ali. He will be getting a cabinet rank position in the YSRC government of Andhra Pradesh. Of course, Ali has openly declared earlier that he will join that party that will offer him a powerful post.
Looks like his dream is going to come true very soon. Meanwhile, even as speculation continues that Jagan may allot a cabinet rank position to Ali, another actor, Posani is also waiting in the wings.
