Chintamaneni Prabhakar’s remand period to be prolonged
It has earlier reported that SC, ST Attrasity cases had filed on Chintamaneni in Denduluru, Pedavegi and Pedapadu police stations in Denduluru constituency.
The cases are haunting former MLA and TDP leader Chintamaneni Prabhakar. The TDP leader who supposed to release last month had arrested on another case.
Chintamaneni got arrested in the case filed by Joseph in the East Godavari district. Chintamaneni, who was on remanded in jail, had arrested on a PT warrant and produced in Eluru Excise Court. The court imposed a further 14-day remand for Chintamani.
Now, it had reported that former TDP MLA who is still in the police custody has top face four more cases. During his tenure as MLA in Denduluru, he faced many allegations of scams also.
Reports say that SC, ST Attrasity cases had filed on Chintamaneni in Denduluru, Pedavegi and Pedapadu police stations in Denduluru constituency. With these cases, the count of cases filed on Prabhakar went to 54. The TDP leaders alleged that the YSRCP govt targetted Chintamaneni by registering cases.
Though Prabhakar managed to get bail in some cases, he could not come out of the jail as he could not get bail in some cases. These situations forced Prabahakat to stay in Jail.
