Former Minister Mukesh Goud passes away due to Cancer
While undergoing treatment in a private hospital on Monday, Congress Senior Leader & Former Minister Mukesh Goud passed away. Seven months ago, 60-Year-Old Mukesh Goud was diagnosed with cancer. Mukesh Goud has shifted to his residence a few days ago, as his body didn't respond to the treatment.
On Sunday night as his condition deteriorated, he was readmitted to Apollo Hospital. There were speculations that Mukesh Goud is no more alive yesterday. Reports in circulation were condemned by Mukesh Goud's son Vikram Goud. He clarified his Father is still alive but was in critical condition.
Mukesh Goud was declared dead by the Apollo Doctors by Monday afternoon. For the past 30 years, Mukesh Goud has been a Congress Loyalist. He was a 3-Time MLA. YSR inducted Mukesh Goud into his cabinet in 2009 as BC Welfare Minister. While contesting from the Gosha Mahal Constituency in 2019 Elections, he faced defeat.
By arriving in an ambulance, he exercised his right to vote, during the Lok Sabha Polls. Condolences to the family members of Mukesh Goud have been expressed by several Congress leaders.
