Headmaster, wife held for raping, harassing girl in Hyderabad School

Unable to bear the harassment, the girl left the school in June this year and mustered the courage to approach the police earlier this week.

Headmaster, wife held for raping, harassing girl in Hyderabad School

A 51-year-old school headmaster of a private boarding school in Hyderabad arrested for raping a Class IX girl. The police also arrested his wife for physically abusing the girl. The victim stated that he used to do the same with the other students also. The arrested persons were K Prasada Rao, headmaster of Janet George Memorial Residential School, Batasingaram and his wife K Saradhi.
 
According to the police, Prasada Rao used to rape the 15-year-old girl and sexually exploited her repeatedly, while his wife Saradhi harassed her and forced her to do household chores and used to beat them up. Unable to bear the harassment, the girl left the school in June this year and mustered the courage to approach the police earlier this week.
 
The police booked a case and Rachakonda SHE Teams in coordination with Abdullapurmet police arrested the couple
