Is 'Tiranga Rally' a beginning for something big in the country?

In the 'Tiranga rally' that had conducted on Friday, in order to protest against the Citizenship Amendment Act in many parts of Hyderabad, most of the shops, business establishments, and educational institutions got closed. This rally was organized by the United Muslim Action Committee that comprises of various Muslim groups and is being headed by the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM).

In support of this rally, shopkeepers had closed their shops' sites to which, their business near the popular Charminar along with many other parts of the old city in Hyderabad came to halt. This rally began from historic Mir Alam Eidgah after Friday prayers and came to climax at a public meeting in Shastripuram ground over city outskirts for which, even private schools and colleges too supported by declaring a holiday.

Even in Nampally, Mallepally, Asif Nagar, Mehdipatnam, Masab Tank, Toli Chowki and Golconda, there was a closure of shops and businesses while many other trade associations also declared their support to this rally. Participation in this rally, which happens to be the second biggest anti-CAA protest in Hyderabad next to the January 4th 'Million March' was also declared by many Lawers, teachers as well as other such professionals.

The rally had addressed by many leaders including the AIMIM president and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi, AIMIM floor leader in Telangana Assembly, Akbaruddin Owaisi along with other party legislators, Hamid Mohammed Khan of Jamat-e-Islami as well as religious scholars and leaders of various Muslim and Dalit organizations. The AIMIM has made elaborate arrangements for this Tiranga rally that will hold on the outskirts, the AIMIM had made huge arrangements due to the denial of permission from the police to hold it in the city.

As we can see, the response for this rally is humongous and there are hardly any attempts to halt this protest. It looks like there is something huge that is loading in the country given the stubbornness of the Modi government on the CAA act.
