It is already known that Jagan had handed over all the government buildings owned by AP government in Telangana to Telangana government, in return for which KCR had waived off the debts over those buildings. After such step by AP Chief Minister, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, it is now the turn of KCR to reciprocate. All the cases filed against AP government in courts and tribunals regarding the disputes over the water sharing from Krishna and Godavari rivers are being planned to be withdrawn by KCR.
On June 28th both KCR and Jagan are said to meet at KCR's camp office, Pragati Bhavan in Hyderabad. In less than a month, this will be sixth meeting between Jagan and KCR while it will also be Jagan's second visit to Pragati Bhavan. It is also being said that the pending bifurcation related issues which have not been resolved because of the obstacle created by former CM of AP, Chandra Babu Naidu are also going to be discussed in the meeting.
It can be clearly seen that, both KCR and Jagan want to maintain cordial relation and follow give and take policy to find a solution to the disputes between AP and Telangana. Looks like instead of going to courts and tribunals, both the Chief Ministers want to resolve the issues related to AP and Telangana by having friendly talks with each other to get mutual benefits for both the states.
