But there has been a number of cases reported in which this online game affected the health of several children and even lives in the worst possible cases. One of the many happened in Pune on Thursday.
A 25-year-old man who suffered an intracerebral hemorrhage while playing PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG) on Thursday in Maharashtra's Pune died on Saturday, police said. Intracerebral hemorrhage is a life-threatening type of stroke caused by bleeding within the brain tissue. "It seems the stroke occurred because the victim was over-excited while playing online game PUBG," an official said.
Player Unknown's Battlegrounds is an online multiplayer game created by a South Korean company and experts have claimed it adversely affects the behavior of those addicted to it.
