Sachin Tendulkar will coach Ponting XI for their match against Warne XI that will take place on February 8 to raise money for bushfire rescue. Legendary Indian and West Indies champion Courtney Walsh will coach the respective sides, captained by Ricky Ponting and Shane Warne. Recognizing the ongoing and incredible work of volunteers, career firefighters, and emergency services, they will play three matches on the day, starting with the Commonwealth Bank Women's Tri-Series T20I clash between Australia and India, followed by the Bushfire Cricket Bash and the KFC Big Bash final.

Meanwhile, the world’s greatest veteran’s applauded Sachin’s effort to put himself on the rescue of his favorite cricket playing nation who suffered a tragic loss by the series of fire accidents that have seen the end of hundreds of millions of the wildlife species.
