Bogus Voting: Collector Might Have Submitted Report
Kannur: It is learned that the Kannur District Collector has submitted report to the Chief Electoral Officer in connection with the bogus voting in Kannur. The Collector has called officers who were on election duty including presiding officer yesterday. The web camera operator has confirmed that the visuals were not fake.
