Thiruvanathapuram: The India Meteorological Department has warned that a low-pressure area over the Bay of Bengal is likely to intensify into a depression and later into a cyclonic storm. This may cause thunderstorm accompanied by gusty winds in Kerala. Yellow Alert has been issued in four districts in the state. Fishermen are also warned to avoid fishing in the sea.
