Will Continue Search Operations At Pettimudi For Three More Days, Says NDRF Southern Chief
Pettimudi: NDRF Commandant Rekha Nambiar said that the search operations in Idukki's Pettimudi, where a fatal landslide took place on Friday, will continue for three more days. The NDRF aims to find as much people as we can, she added. Big pieces of rocks and mud, caused by the landslide, hampers the task, she said. At present, 42 bodies have been recovered.
