Gautham Menon appreciates Yogi Babu's Mandela

Yogi Babu's growth from being a comedian to a hero is an inspiring journey to many people in the film industry. Today, there is no film tat doesn't have Yogi Babu in it. He played the lead role in a film titled Mandela, directed by debutant Madonee Ashwin. Mandela premiered on Vijay TV directly and had to skip theatrical release. Mandela also released on Nextflix one day after the TV premiere. Audience and critics who watched Mandela appreciated the director and Yogi Babu for coming up with a realistic and sensitive story on caste discrimination and vote bank politics.

Gautham Menon recently watched Mandela and was smitten by it. He took to Twitter to appreciate director Ashwin and Yogi Babu for their exceptional work. Yogi Babu is said to be a part of Haapathy Vijay's 65th film and Mani Ratnam's Navarasa.
