Mohanlal and Mammootty join hands for crime thriller

Recently, a new building of Malayalam Movie Artistes (AMMA) was launched. At the function, Mohanlal revealed that a film was being planned with him, Mammootty and several others. At the launch, Mohanlal spoke about the help they can offer to the welfare of the cine artists. Mohanlal spoke at the event and said, "We have been thinking about that. It’s tough to organise and hold a show in the backdrop of Covid-19 pandemic. So, we have planned to do a film just like how we did Twenty-20. We heard a very interesting story and close to 140 artistes will work in the movie. Even if it’s just one day’s work, I am humbly requesting everyone to act in it. It’s a unique movie that will be produced for AMMA by Aashirvaad Cinemas. It’s a brilliant crime thriller that will be directed by Priyan (Priyadarshan) and Rajeev Kumar.”"
