Coronavirus: Karnataka Govt set up Checkposts at Maharashtra - Goa Borders for Screening Passengers
The Karnataka government has set up check posts at Maharashtra and Goa borders and started screening passengers coming from those states. Karnataka's move comes following increased number of coronavirus cases in Maharashtra.
The health department has set up checkpoints in Belagavi and other areas. Buses, cars, and lorries coming from Maharashtra and Goa are being checked and passengers screened by health department staff.
