AP Govt. Decides To Send Lawyer To Dharmabad Court Over Babli Case
Dharmabad court in Maharashtra has issued a warrant against Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and TDP chief N. Chandrababu Naidu in an eight-year-old case relating to his protest over Babli Project. Nanded SP made a phone call to AP state police informing that a letter and a copy of non-bailable warrant(NBW) have been faxed pertaining to Babli case. AP Police received a letter but they are yet to receive the copy of NBW. On the other hand, CM Chandrababu Naidu has held a meeting with Police officials and lawyers on the Babli agitation case. It was finalized that lawyers team will visit Dharmabad court to receive FIR, and other details as AP government is of the opinion that process lacked clarity.
