Metro Rail In Vijayawada- Revised DPR - Detailed Project Report
The development of the Metro Rail project in AP State Capital has been initiated. The revised Detailed Project Report (DPR) for Metro Rail in Vijayawada is being prepared in accordance with the policy announced by the Central government. Four Corridors are likely to be formed now in place of two corridors, that was announced earlier. The government has been proposing to extend it up to Jakkampudi. Ramakrishna Reddy, MD of Amaravati Metro Rail Corporation has shared the prospects of the feasibility of the Metro Rail project in Amaravati and adjoining areas.
