Bahubali star, Prabhas had his Raidurg guest house seized by revenue officials as a result of a court order. The actor today contested the decision and filed a petition in the court. They are currently deliberating on the case. We have to wait to see what the decision is going to be.
The land measuring 84 acres and 30 guntas in survey no. 46 has been in dispute for over 40 years in the court.
The court initially ruled in favor of the petitioners, Mala Ramulu, Neerudu Lakshmaiah, and Siva Ramakrishna after validating all proofs of their ownership and directed the Tahsildar to register the property in their names. However, the registry did not take place, which prompted the petitioners to move the court again. The court charged the Tahsildar with contempt of its previous order and issued strict orders to the incumbent Tahsildar to register the property in the petitioner's names.
Acting on the order of the court, the Tahsildar cleared all illegal constructions on the land and by seized Prabhas's house as well. However, the locals who had their properties seized and their construction cleared have started agitations against the Tahsildar and plan to challenge the court order through legal recourse.
We have to wait and see how the court reacts to the petition filed by Prabhas.
