Raju Gari Gadhi 3 Movie Story:

Garuda Pillai (Ajay Ghosh) is a magician and the father of Maaya (Avika Gor). Maaya has the capability to talk to ghosts and summon them. She is so comfortable with them so much that she protects herself with a ghost.

Ashwin (Ashwin Babu) sees Maaya and falls in love with her. But he can’t just deal with Maaya. He had to deal with Maaya and the ghosts as well. How does he deal with Maaya and the spirit?

Raju Gari Gadhi 3 Movie Performances:

Ashwin Babu has got good scope to perform in the film. But not up to the mark. No timing and screen presence, which failed to enhance his performance.

Avika Gor had very less screen time in the film. She was missing in the second half of the movie and appeared only in a few portions, which was quite odd.

After a long time, Ali has gotten a substantial role in the film and his role evoked laughs from the audience. There are a handful of sequences with rollicking comedy and he aced it.

Urvashi and Ajay Ghosh played their roles to perfection. Dhanraj and Brahmaji too, on their part, did a decent job.

Raju Gari Gadhi 3 Movie Positives:

Unlike the second part of Raju Gari Gadhi, the third part concentrated mostly on entertainment, which reminded us of why the franchise became famous in the first place.

The story and the second half of the film turned out little entertaining as three to four comedy sequences turned out to be decent blocks that suited the story.

In fact, when the prime cast enters an old building in search of a manuscript, the entire sequence turned out to be quite funny and elevated the dull screenplay.

Raju Gari Gadhi 3 is a remake of Tamil actor Santhanam’s Dhilluku Dhuddu. Director Omkar has made slight changes to the script.

Raju Gari Gadhi 3 Movie Negatives:

The screenplay concentrated more on entertainment which means, there was no seriousness in the narrative. A horror comedy needs to concentrate on both elements equally so that the audience gets a wholesome entertainment.

The comedy and the horror sequences became quite repetitive. Also, some jokes, particularly in the second half are below the belt.

Raju Gari Gadhi 3 Movie Verdict:

Raju Gari Gadhi 3 is a typical horror-comedy that gives audience deja vu feeling. The dull plot, cliched attempts at horror and comedy make the experience even worse. The director's idea to make it more entertaining can be lauded, but he could have concentrated more on the story so that it could've worked with the audience.
