Among the many well-known films Menjou had prominent roles in are The Sheik, A Woman of Paris, Morocco, A Farewell to Arms, A Star is Born, Stage Door, Paths of Glory, and Pollyanna. Menjou was nominated for a Best Lead Actor Academy Award for 1931's The Front Page.
