Central Water Commission Issues Orange Alert To Four Kerala Rivers
T'Puram: The Central Water Commission issued Orange Alert for four rivers in Kerala. River Manimala in Pathanamthitta is flowing at a height of 1.35 m above the normal level, while Kaliyar in Ernakulam flows 0.3 m and Meenachil in Kottayam at 0.37 m above normal levels. They have also warned that the water level in River Achankovil in Pathanamthitta is above the normal level.
