New Delhi: The Election Commission has given a clean chit to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's, stating that he did not violate the Model Code of Conduct (MCC) in his Mission Shakti announcement to the nation on last Wednesday. A five-member team who probe into the issue concluded that the PM's speech did not come under the misuse of official mass media.
