Life Mission Project: M Sivasankar took initiative to sign contract with Red Crescent
T'puram: The team probing the gold smuggling case found that it was M Sivasankar who took the initiative to sign a contract with the Red Crescent for Life Mission Project. The contract was approved on the basis of a note issued to the local government secretary in his capacity as the Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister. Sivasankar, who had sent the contract along with the note, had demanded that it should be examined and approved the same day.
