Mexican-Based 'Cadena' Helps Alappuzha To Get Purified Drinking Water
Alappuzha: The flood-hit Alappuzha will now get access to purified drinking water, thanks to Cadena International, a Mexican based non-profit organization. Under the initiative 'Alleppey water challenge', the District Administration collaborated with the organization to provide purified drinking water in Anganwadis' and 15 buds schools located in Haripad, Karthikapally, and Mararikulam. Cadena International distributed 300 water filters and 150 water tanks fitted with high-grade water filters.
