Idukki: Revenue Minister E Chandrasekharan said that that there is a section of officers who should be punished. After inaugurating the renovated heritage building at Devikulam, the minister said the officers who disturb the lives of ordinary people will be punished. He also said the transfer of officials should not be seen as a punishment.
